6. Confidentiality and Data Use

7. Service Modifications
We may update or discontinue services or features at our discretion. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Backwards Marketer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by law. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for services over the preceding six months.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination by The Backwards Marketer may occur immediately if there is a breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Arizona courts.
